Casa Vista Alta is a private, luxury, modern 3 bedroomed (1 double & 2 twins), 2 bathroomed property sleeping 6 people with full central heating for winter lets,  air conditioning for summer lets and environmentally friendly solar water heating.

Complete with swimming pool and large luxury hydro-massage pool (seats 6).

The luxury villa is located high up in the small hamlet of Puerto De Los Carboneros, on the very edge of the Sierra Tejeda Almijara natural parque. The villa is south facing and high enough to enjoy sunshine hours until the sun sets. It overlooks the white villages of Archez and Canillas de Albaida, with Competa nearby. There are beautiful views across the mountains and down through the valleys to the Mediterranean sea. On a clear day you can see the Atlas Mountains in Morocco.

Access to the property is excellent via tarmac roads and a concrete driveway

(no dirt tracks!) and approximately 1 hour's drive from Malaga airport (1/2 hour motorway, 1/2 hr scenic mountain roads). Gibraltar is 2 hours away, Sierra Nevadas/Granada Alhambra Palace 2 1/2 hours. The coast road is easily reached in 1/2 hour with Caleta de Velez, Torre Del Mar and Nerja all within easy reach. If you would like to venture further afield Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Malaga and Marbella are not far away.

Very Spacious Lounge/ Dining Room

There are 2 leather sofas; 1 two seater and 1 three seater,a very large coffee table, a wood burning feature fire and gas fire for the winter months, patio sliding doors leading to spacious terrace and courtyard at rear. 

The dining suite accommodates seating for 6 people. Large picture window and front door leading to very spacious, covered, south facing sun terrace with fantastic views. 

Kitchen

Fully fitted and equipped american style kitchen with very large fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, microwave oven.

Bathrooms (2)

One bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, storage cupboard, toilet and wash hand basin and houses the washing machine and the other bathroom has a bath with shower over the bath with screen, toilet and wash hand basin. There are heated towel rails in both bathrooms for winter lets.

Bedrooms (3)

One double bedroom with large wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, cold/hot air conditioning unit.

Two twin bedded rooms; both with bedside cabinet, spacious fitted wardrobes with additional drawers, cold/hot air conditioning unit.

For your comfort, there are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows.

Outside 

South Facing (mountain and sea views)

There is a very spacious covered sun terrace running the whole length of the front of the villa, overlooking the 8 X 4 metre swimming pool with poolside shower, south facing (high enough up to enjoy sunshine hours until the sun sets!) with fantastic views down through the valleys to the Mediterranean sea. A cast iron patio table and 4 chairs is provided.

North Facing (mountain views)

A very spacious luxury heated hydromassage spa pool, offering 4 "relaxation" seats (accommodates 6), is situated on the rear terrace, forming part of a pretty courtyard with views to the Sierra Tejeda and Almijara mountain range. A marble effect table and 4 chairs provides additional seating. Large luxury built-in Spanish gas BBQ.

There is more than ample car parking space for several cars to the right hand side of the villa.

East Facing (Garden)

Further "magical" views down through the valleys towards Salares and Sedella.

Casitas

There is a separate storage room, another casita accommodates the gas boiler, solar panels and hot water storage tank and a further casita accommodates the gas bottles for the central heating.  PLEASE NOTE: NO GAS BOILER INSIDE THE VILLA!

Logs are available at an extra cost for winter months.
