Changeovers
The villa is available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate the villa by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Mid- Week Bookings
We encourage Mid week bookings Wednesday to Wednesday, but please ask if you have a special request.
Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the accommodation is required upon booking and the balance is paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For late bookings, full payment is due at time of booking.
Payment can be made by credit card or Visa debit card over the telephone.
We recommend that you take out your own insurance.
Damages
We do not ask for a deposit to cover any damages, loss or breakages. We ask that if you damage something, you either replace it yourself or notify us of any damages and we can arrange for the item to be replaced, at your own cost. In the case of soiling, we reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning costs required, following departure.
